Victoria Castaneda

Victoria Castaneda serves as the Executive Administrator and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Officer at First National Bank of Bastrop, where she is deeply committed to strengthening the community through outreach, education, and local partnerships. Her role focuses on building meaningful relationships with organizations, schools, and families to support financial literacy, affordable housing, and small business development. Victoria believes in meeting people where they are, whether it’s in the classroom, at community events, or through hands-on volunteer efforts.
